- Fast freezing in a hardening tunnel limits the growth of ice crystals, therefore conserves optimal ice cream texture.
- Kunal International ice cream tunnels are designed to rapidly freeze the cones, cups, and family packs with varying capacity depending upon residence time of product in the tunnel.
- Pick & place for loading and unloading of cones
- Hardening tunnels are based on tray chain rack system, placed inside insulated box with PUF/PIR.
- Finned evaporator with high speed & high pressure fans with motor IP 67.
- Refrigerant Freon ammonia system.
- Hardening tunnels are produced for up to 1000–1500 kg/hour, depending on product type, shape, and size.
